last Thursday I dropped the boat in at the Ship Creek public boat ramp and then proceeded to search for fish with my sonar. I shot up the creek almost to the first bridge, then drifted out to the mouth. Marked one fish at 6 ft. I then went about 150 yards out into the inlet, and drifted back and forth in 50-100 ft of water, never marking a single fish. I think we've got another good week or two before anything shows up in real numbers.

I was driving by on my way back from lunch today, about 1:00 ish, and saw a guy up-stream towards the wire with two landed.

    Default Ship - 26 July

Went down to Ship Yesterday afternoon. Several fish being caught. I foul hooked 1 and lost another in about 45 min. Pretty decent fishing for everyone else. Ended up Breaking the tip on my fly rod on the foul hook so it was time to go.

    Good luck.
