    Default Taxidermists input on TTC????

I haven't found one single taxidermist that has heard of TTC(Taxidermy Trophy Care) and I have called almost ten different taxidermists throught the state. Has any one ever used this stuff and if so what was the out come? I am leaving for a float hunt in two months and would like to use this stuff to reduce weight. Otherwise it will be 50lbs of salt in the raft.

You might try looking on Pristine Ventures web site. I think they had a lively chat about salt replacement.

TTC NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Not again Whats next TAG bags
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming-----WOW-----what a ride!

For my wife, the jury is still out.

We used it for a bear and boy it did get the moisture out, but I did turn it in to alpha fur the next day.

Shes been using normal salt for years so she is kinda stuck on it. Like I said jury is still out for her atleast.
