    Default Fish for dogs ??

I,m cleaning out our freezer and have some marginal salmon( i would almost eat it but??) about 50 lbs.I,ll deliver to a reasonable distance from Anchorage to feed your sled dogs and ease my conscience on not wasting food.

I don't know about the WOW GOLD thing , but you might want to think about looking in the fishing regs about fish for dogs. I think theres something in there concerning this subject. I know we used to be able to go down to the river and spear the spawned out salmon for dog teams, trap bait, etc, but you can't do that anymore. ( something about wanton waste ) even tho there already almost dead. I'd look at the regs, to many differant laws to keep up with. And yes I know it would be better to give them to a musher rather than throw them away, but it just might be that you are crossing the law, I don't know for sure, maybe someone with a dog team can tell you something differant. Just my 2 cents. E.S.

He's a spammer and I've reported his post. All 11 of his posts are the same spam. I'm sure they'll be taken care of soon.

Hey Rock, my friends have a fish wheel to feed their dogs. I'm not sure what type of permit or anything is required but I do know it can be done.

    Default Alaska Zoo Needs Salmon

There was a news story a while back about the Alaska Zoo needing any excess salmon you have in the freezer.

A co-worker is trying to run the Ititarod this year on a limited budget. If you still have this, or anyone has any salmon to donate, PM me and I'll try and arrange pickup. I'm in Anchorage and they are in Peter's Creek
