    Default My wife's dog

Her name is "Abbie," and two years old. Use a Tokina 12-24mm wide-angle lens, and a Canon 40D to take this photo. The lens was pretty close to her nose, but she doesn't mind. She is my wife's dog, and my wife tells me that "Abbie" is my favorite model because she loves to pose for the camera. Well, since i am not taking photos of a "supermodel" naked, my wife is quite happy

Nice shot Ray! Gotta love the wide angles ...I have a 10-22mm and have a lot of fun with it. You could try putting the lens right up to the pups nose and end up with some perty funny effects.

    Happy shooting!

Yes, I like wide angle lenses too. That's all I use for landscapes. Mine (Tokina) is of excellent quality, but I wish it would be a f/2.8 instead of f4.0. A good thing is that I always take photos during the day.
