    Default Wifes first Bear

My wife took this BIG (7' 3 1/2") bear on her very first black bear hunt. talk about beginers luck. The Skull came in at 19 9/16" 9 (just shy of book). I am so happy for her and can't wait to take her on a bow hunt for caribou.

    Thumbs up Nice Bear!

I'm envious, mine was a tad smaller. Where you have a nice new rug, I have a toilet seat cover! Your wife should be real proud as should you. I love to see the family involved in the hunting atmosphere. If I can only get my wife to follow suite...
Respect what you do not own but are privleged to enjoy, Mother Earth thanks you...

don't feel to bad mine was much smaller but anything with my bow is a trophy in my book. I think I'll turm mine into nice pair of mittens to use when I have to handle her rug. Oh well at least I left myself room for improvement unlike my wife who set the bar at the top from day one. Good hunting fellas and thanks for the compliments.

To you and your wife! My wife shot her first grizz and black bear the past couple of years. IT was a great experience!

English is an odd language. It can understood through tough thorough thought, though.

Sorry all first post here on this site this post caught my eye as my wife killed a very close twin to the one in this post. Last year we hunted POW Island and seen 18 bears in 3 days when we ran across a one that my wife really liked it is over 7' and did just make B&C.. of 21". I am sure the person that this post was made about is VERY VERY happy with her bear Congrads to her and everyone involved
