Talking Help - Lake to put jet boat on in Anchor Point area

Will I finally got moved (still waiting on the moving van) and looking for a lake to run my jet boat on. I live north of Anchor Point and was hoping to run a lake in the area and maybe a little fishing. Can anyone point me to a lake on the Peninsula and help me out with some fishing info.

I have been told of this lake but know nothing about it or how to find it. Any help would be appreciated.

Aside from Tustumena lake (covered in your other thread), you can go a bit further north and look at Skilak Lake, Kenai Lake, and Hidden Lake near Cooper Landing. All have good fishing opportunities and public boat launches.

A little closer, just on the north side of Soldotna, you also have Longmere Lake, which is quite a bit smaller, but has a free public boat launch and lots of good trout. Watch out for aircraft as this one is a float plane lake and there is a very active flight service that operates out of there.
