Please pass on to the Worthams that I had an awesome time shooting with them at Redding--let them know that I was able to get alaska as a follow on assignment from the desert.

If you shoot any type of stick and string, you need to go out and support archery events in alaska--this is a premier shoot, very challenging and great people to shoot with.

    GL to all

Gotta be with Gunther, Tracy works weekends. Curious 1) What do shoots like this one cost too enter? 2) Would I be the only traditional shooter?(If I am that would be OK, I look forward to competing against wheelies in a 3d format) 3) Any rule against shooting with Gunther in a back pack? That's how we small game hunt, not that my success rate is all that high but what the heck might be fun!

I can't remember the cost, but it is a 2 day shoot, so I think around $25, but it may be a little bit higher, as far as trad shooters, you won't be the only one, there are quite a few. I used to shoot with my son on my back with a compound, no one ever had a problem with it, it is fun and challenging that way.

Sounds like I need to rethink my "can't make it" might be fun for Gun and I to spend some time around people.

    Default Directions?

Can someone give me directions to the range? I'm down in Soldotna spending the weekend at the in-laws and decided to leave my boat at home and take the bow this year instead.

An approx location or phone number will work also. Thanks.
