The 15 day forcast looks much warmer. How will this affect fishing in the next two weeks. Mid 40s for lows should mean signifacant snow melt, correct?

All the snow in the mountains. The water in the rivers comes from somewhere, my friend. In clear streams such as Ship Creek and the Russian River, the vast majority of the water comes from snow melt.

I read in the Daily News that Whittier just shut down snowmachining IN TOWN about a week-and-a-half ago. So that should say something about how much snowpack is still frozen in the mountains.
