    Default Kept one...

Well she wasn't the biggest or the first but I couldn't go another minute knowing that I could be eating fresh salmon instead of last years stuff that is still left in the freezer (perfect for the smoker). I took it on the Deshka on Monday, one of the few fish that I saw caught. I fel bad for a guy who anchored up next to me, 3 days on the river with nothing to show. It's still slow but I expect that it'll pick up soon.

    Default Hen

    Yup,
Got the first fresh roe of the year, no more last years roe! It's my humble opinion that fresh cured roe is way more effective than store bought or old stuff.
