    Default treble hook restrictions?

i was looking in the guide, but i cant find it. are they any restrictions on treble hooks used on baits? here, i tie spin glows with trebles, and the mepps i use have trebls on them. are they legal, or do i have to replace them?

It is going to depend on where exactly you are fishing.

I am going to Willow creek today and it is single hook now but I can use trebles starting June 1.

    Adam-

I don't know of anything in the salt that's non-treble. I don't use them unless we're desperate because they tear up fish that we may be releasing. If I get a lot of good strikes with a low hookup rate, however, I'll sneak a few trebles onto the gear to get things going.

Not sure about the Sitka Sound special use area - check the regs. Each river/stream will need a bit of research specific to that stream.
