Default A Couple of Grizzly Bears

    Hello again.
We got out on the snow the 4th and 5th of May here in unit 22 and did the moose a favor.
Saw eight bears, all of them were single legal bears.
The ones we decided to kill were both about the same size, a bit under seven and a half feet.
The skulls have not been sealed yet but they look about 22 inches or so.
A couple nice males with very nice fur.
The one from the 4th of May.

Right on! Those are some seriously long claws on that guy, and the coat is a beautiful color. Congratulations, and thanks for sharing!

On behalf of the moose calves in the area THANK YOU. Beautiful Animals
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming-----WOW-----what a ride!

Too cool, looks like the terrain is about as good as it gets for playing. Blowing pretty good over here in Prudhoe. It's convoy only currently.
