Default No More Big Rigs On The Rex Trail

Got an e-mail from DNR saying they had finally made a decision on the Rex Trail. From May 1st till October 31st nothing heavier than 1500 lbs. That means 4-wheelers and Argos, or anything else that is small, and weighs less than 1500 lbs.

I don't reckon that will slow things down much but at least the trail won't get nearly as torn up. That should make the locals happy.

It's actually closer to Clear/Anderson, not too far from the Clear Sky lodge.

No I do not have a link, all I have is an e-mail.

It will probably take a few years for the real bad spots to dry up and get firm again. Maybe three years from now the trail will be a good 4-wheeler trail again. Would be real nice if DNR would go in and fix the real bad spots, the holes that sit there holding three and four feet of water.
