    Default Cutco Knife return...

How long does it usually take to get your knives back when you send them back to Cutco for a re-sharpen.

    Thanks!

Default About 2 to 3 weeks I'd guess

I sent mine in last fall last week of October and got them back 2nd week in November. Pretty good turnaround time just make sure you don't send them in right before hunting season.

    Thumbs up

I think mine were quicker yet. No more than two weeks tops and they sent a confirmation email that they had received them and then another email saying the knives were on the way back! Great customer service!

Smile free sharpening at your home

There is a Cutco Rep in Anchorage that comes to your home and inspects and sharpens all your Cutco knives, even seratted, for free on the spot. Had mine done today.
I'll PM anyone that wants his number. Don't know if he wants his number on the forum.

yes I have sent them back and yes he does a great job. He uses one of those sharpeners that was offered at the Sportsman show in the Ben Boeke Arena. I am very pleased.
