Default Help with Ski Doo Grand Touring....

I was out caribou hunting today and I broke my front torque arm and under shock. This is one of the big levers under the track that keeps things tight and provides suspension. The machine is a 1998 Ski Doo Grand Touring. We don't have a Ski Doo dealer here in Barrow; what's going to be the fastest and cheapest way to get one up here ASAP? As long as this machine is down I can't hunt and I wont be able to help with whaling (we've been breaking trail). Any suggestions you guys could offer would sure be appreciated.

Give these guys a try, or you can just get your own part # from here and give Alaska mining and Diving a call in Anchorage and give them the correct numbers.http://www.ronniesmailorder.com/fich...es&mfg=Ski-Doo

This piece is a fairly common breakage point on those skid frames. I have had success with welding them back up. Is there a good welder in Barrow?

There are some good welders but once I get it off I think I will just replace it. I also broke the shock...
