Default Need help locating pistol rig

    He all,
I have a 5 1/2" stainless redhawk and I'm looking for a hip rig with a stout belt with cartridge loops. All I can find is stuff for SA revolvers and mostly .45 or .38. Any ideas?
I 'm thinking of even going synthetic, but I can't seem to find anything that will fit. This is for strapping on my iron without the need to go through belt loops.

    Regards,

Try Dave Johnston. He has a shop in Chugiak.

I have 3 holsters, 4 knife sheaths, and 2 Ulu sheaths that he made. I keep going back to him, because he does such good work, he has good designs, and the quality is excellent. He'll make pretty much whatever you want. At least, he did for me.

He will be at the Next Gun Show in Palmer at the end of this month.

Rob makes very durable working man holsters.... I'm wearing one right now and they are very secure. They are leather.. and can be converted easily to a chest rig very simply and inexpensively.....

By the way i'm packing a large Ruger, and it is very comfortable.....

    Default simply rugged

I also have a rig from simply rugged- it is an awesome holster. I carry a ruger super blackhawk and it is very comfortable. Just my 2 cents worth.
