Fightin' a fish on the Spey Rod, Olympic Peninsula, early February 2008. My partner's camera malfunctioned right after this photo, so no fish shot..that's alright, it was a beautiful Native Hen about 10-12lbs, fresh from the ocean and full of fight.

My four year old nephew's first fish. Not big, but to a four year old it was huge.

My two nephews together with their catch.

Long drive with high gas prices. I guess that's why I was the only one out Ptarmigan hunting and ice fishing that we saw.

Nice fish. Is that a lamprey scar near the tail? If so where (general area no need for specifics) was the fish caught? Feel free to PM if you'd like. Thanks, James

Those fish where taken on the N Oregon Coast at the end of January, we fished 5 rivers in five days through sleet, rain, hail, lightning, and snow!

Those marks on the steelhead are Pinnipeds, seals and sea lions luv steelhead and I bet 1/2 the fish you catch down there have a pinniped mark on them!
