Thread: Shrimp opener in Whitter

    Default Shrimp opener in Whitter

Just got my boat up here from S.E. and was wondering how weather was out of witter for the opener. I have a 20ft. Shamrock Pilot House w/ keel and a chevy 350, have been in some verry serious sea w this boat with no problems, (the coast guard use them for high surf rescue in Florida). Grew up fishing and shrimping in Ketchikan, but this will be my first this far up north, any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

    Default Here ya go.

Here ya go. You just never know though. A a little change in wind on one side of the sound and the waves will build up in a hurry.
