Default Coast Guard Water Wise Course In the Valley?

Is there a possibility of one being scedualed out here?
I know at least a half dozen folks wanting t take this course.
There is a lot of interst in a few Saturday 8-10 hour days for the class as opossed to a mo nth of 2 hour clases.
I have sent an e-mail to Joe McCullough, the Education Coordinator, but I wanted to gauge the interst level here for a course in the MAt-Su VAlley.

I, too, would be eager to participate in a class conducted in Palmer or Wasilla. My wife and I would both take the class... the Saturday option sounds good to me. I know there's a lot for me to learn. Having a local class has benefits at different levels from my perspective (cost savings, travel/fuel, time, camaraderie, organizing/building networks where people live etc.).
    I'm in!

"We are offering an Alaska Water Wise course in Anchorage on March 29,2008. You are more than welcome to attend. We have a class tentatively scheduled in Palmer on April 3. I have also ccd four of the finer instructors in the state and they all work for Alaska State Parks in the Mat-su and they may schedule a course in the Valley as well."

Looks Like I will be at Palmer on the 3rd if it happens.

I want in on that! What is the cost and where would it be? We just got a sea worthy boat and I have sooo much to learn. I'd like to do it right and not tick other boaters off
