Just got back from a great goose hunt and nailed them. I was wondering if anyone had a great recipes that they would be willing to share? We got so many that I would like to try a few different ones

If you ever cook a goose like a turkey, instead of basting it constantly like a turkey, you want to do the opposite. Poke holes in the bottom of the bird to drain off all the grease. If you don't do this, your bird will be an oily, nasty mess. Get the fat to drain and they are delicious!

I make jerky with them, breast them out use same spices as moose, they dehydrate or smoke them.
