Default accusight laser cartridge for sighting....

Does anybody know how reliable the bullet/laser system is for bore sighting? (One loads the laser equipped "bullet" into the chamber and it casts a laser beam to the target to check the scope/sights for accuracy.
It looks like a great way to check a scope. Any experiences?
    Thanks.

Bore sighting with anything is just that, bore sighting. It is only designed to get you on paper at 100 yards. After that you still have to do all the final shooting to get your firearm centered on target.

I have 3 different bore sighting instruments, the Tasco Colomiter with the arbors, the Leupold magnetic setup and a Laser system with inserts for 22 caliber up to 50 caliber. Everyone of them just gets you on paper.
