Default Is There A Pointing Dog Club in the Interior?

I'm woundering if there is a dog club for pointing, flushing dogs around the fairbanks area rather than the drive down to anchorage? Any info would be great. I know there is more labs than upland dogs, but i'm curious.

I agree with that, I wounder how many members we could round up, and put on our own training classes.

There is either is one or used to be one. I know that the owner of Northern Pet Care on Chena Hot Springs rd. used to have a part in it...I'm sorry I can't remember his name. Give him a call and he will give you some good info.

There was a North Star Pointing Dog Association in the Interior, but I believe it's dead. There was also a statewide spaniel club in the works too, but haven't heard anything about it for at least a year. Bob & Sharon Sjordahl at Northern Pet Care (http://www.northernpetcare.com/), or Polly Divens may be able to help though.
