    Default River water temperature:

Has anyone measure a river water temperature in Alaska?

Default Pacific River Forecast Center & USGS

Google the Pacific River Forecast Center for temperature data from most stream gauging stations around the state. Not sure if temperature data is available during winter, but at least up north, I think you can safely assume it is between 32 and 34 degrees..............

Given that most of the river traffic right now is "pedestrian" and "off-road tracked vehicle" in nature, I'm pretty sure the surface temperature is a solid 32F
