Default Suggestions for portable shrimp pot puller?

    Hello Fellow Fishermen,
I am looking for a portable shrimp pot puller that would be universal for mounting from one vessel to another. Can be hand crank or electric. Is there such a device out there?

Yes, Deweys has it in Anchorage. 12volt, mounts on the scotty downrigger mount. Pulls two to three pots at a time sufficiently. Folds for storage and weighs about 13 lbs. Roughly $450-

    Default pot puller

The puller from the post below is called a Ace Line Hauler. You can find them many place's on the web; I see your not in alaska so you could check them out there.

Well since you are looking for only hand crank or electric, I'd have to go with just a davit with a block and tackle. Electric is to complex to move. It is a lot easier to use your weight to pull the pot up rather than pulling just up. At least that is what I use one of my boats.
