Default Our third Catch of the season....!

This is my first full season that I have been able to take off with the hubby and trap. This is our third catch. I posted the first cross fox, the second one was a red female and now this HUGE male cross fox. We might actualy mount this guy, we'll see how he turns out after tanning.
We arent trapping the area hard, so Im thankful for what we have so far.
He saw this fox about a week ago coming down the road but could never get a shot at him. I keep telling him he should be glad he got a second chance at him, he was in one of our snares this afternoon....

    Happy trapping!

Thanks AK, he is beautiful! An older dog too, he didn't have many teeth left and what he does have was wore down to nothing. I think we may mount him in a sitting position, he has a beautiful black chest/ belly that comes up his rear and down his tail.

My buddy just had about 500 bucks worth of traps stole and he is not very happy either. Nothing like going out in the am to find all your stuff is gone

Yea its not fun, luckily we only lost one trap out of the 3 and our snare that was there is the one that caught this last fox......

I told Jim that catching the fox made up for the lost trap. He shook his head and said NO way! We are both just watching and waiting....
