    Question Argo Rev Kits

I've only recently stumbled on mention of these rev kits that are apparently available to give argos a little more oomph!
Who makes these rev kits and where do you get them???
Anyone else have experience using these kits with tracks? How about some before and after the rev kit comparisons? My brother and I have an '04 Conquest with the Yamaha in it and our ABSOLUTE BIGGEST complaint is the lack of power in the winter with the tracks on it. We run in Northern Ontario, mostly in the winter with the 20" plastic supertracks. The machine is pretty good in the deep snow but really bogs down when you start manoeuvering. Even in low gear it doesn't seem as though the motor is doing all it's capable of.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks
    Paul

    Hi Paul,

I put some information in your other post. Here is one of the place who mod Kohler Engines:http://www.lakotaracing.com

Im still looking for the other place. Route 6x6 forum has a ton of information and people who can direct you on building up the motor and making it more powerful.

While we were out a Max blew a chain and was towed back by An Argo 6x6 that was slightly modified. He managed to pull some pretty good speed even pulling the max and 3 people. It was funny ,we got to a fairly high boulder he just nosed up and over it and then pulled that max over the boulder. This guy is paralyzed and still manages to go out hunting and ice fishing in his machine.

    Default New Argo tracks

I saw these new tracks that supposedly paddle real good in the water and claw easier up onto ice. They are called escargotracks and have a ton of videos in action on there website.

LOL, hey know those **** nights as well borther, glad I am pulling dayshift patrol these days. I think on the websites above you can still find parts on how to mod up the Kawaski engines. If not I put an email out to a buddie who modded a max to burn racing fuel as an experiment, I laugh when I see him drive that machine, he says here heres what your lawnmower engone can do roars off at 35 mph, pulls a hard 360 skid comes back and climbs over a pile of cut logs 6 feet tall. cracks me up every time I watch the video he filmed..
