    Default Fishing gear

Where is a good place to get Trolling rods, and halibut rod and reels online?

Cabelas selection for halibut rods seem bleak to say the least.

B & J's is a really good place to buy your gear. The folks there are top notch.
they take the time to hook you up!

Check out EBAY. I have found some sweet deals on brand new stuff on there. Found a 5'5" Lamiglas 80-160 lb test rod for $60, brand new last year. Also found some great deals on lighty used to brand new Downriggers of all kinds on there. I know it's probably cliche' to shop around on there now, but I never thought about that site for fishing gear until I got a boat and wanted a good deal on outfitting it.

I've bought a lot of stuff from these folks over the years and have not had one bad experience. Get in touch with Mark Smith (Owner). He'll do a good job for you.
