    Exclamation kodiak fishing

Any info about Kodiak fishing, saltwater and fresh. Going in a couple of weeks. Does it rain everyday on kodiak are does it just seem like it. If you were going to alaska for the first time where would you go. Can change my plans. Thanks Willie

    Thumbs up Kodiak

Your best bet would be fishing in the salt for halibut, and silver salmon. The rivers around the town of Kodiak like the Bushkin have sockeye salmon, but it's towards the end of the run. Pinks should start to be returning to most of the streams. Silvers are not available in the rivers till Sept. The weather can be unstable. Plan for some rain.

Default Kodiak Fishing at Any Angle

I'll let the cat out the bag on this fantastic place just as soon as my printer in China finishes up the production of the book!

Look for it on this site in a couple of months.
