Default RMEF banquet - last call

Okay guys and gals, this is the last time I'll bug you about this...this year.

The Cook Inlet Chapter of the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation banquet is on November 10th at the Egan Center. We have to cut off ticket sales at noon on Wednesday November 7th in order to give the Egan Center staff a head count for the number of attendees. There will be no walk up registration, so don't delay getting your banquet tickets taken care of.

You can register on-line by going to www.rmef.org and click on "ATTEND AN EVENT" and go to the Cook Inlet Chapter on-line registration. If you prefer something a little more personalized, call Paul at 907-349-7971 to order tickets over the phone.

The banquet will feature live and silent auctions, raffles, games, door prizes and our world famous (almost) Ladies Balloon Raffle where only the ladies can buy a balloon ($20) and the prize is always worth at least that much and often much or more. The ladies will also like the 2 furs that will be offered, one in a raffle and one in the live auction. There are prizes geared towards the kids and/or grandkids, including youth archery and rifle packages. So bring the whole family.

We will be selling banquet tickets, and raffle tickets at the Sportsman's Warehouse gun counter this weekend. Saturday from 10am-6pm and Sunday from 10am-5pm. You do not have to attend the banquet to purchase raffle tickets, so stop in and pick up a couple.

How would a new Winchester Model 70 Supershadow .325 WSM in camo/blued look in your gun safe? It's a beauty and there are few of them available anywhere, especially at $20/each ticket or $50/3 tickets.

See you on the 10th. Social hour/no host bar starts at 5:30pm and dinner is at 7:00pm.

Thank you for helping us fulfill our mission. Ensuring the future of Elk, other wildlife and their habitat.

    Tom
