    Won't ever work. You need a 500 S&W at the least.

    If you shoot it well, it's a useful tool. If you don't, it's a heavy, expensive passifier for your own comfort. Same with any handgun, with or without viagra for the bore.

    With the right bullet and plenty of practice the .44 mag is plenty IMO.

    homerdave I should have posted that to begin with instead of my smart___ comment. Guess all the post lately on will this caliber be a good one or will this one be better have started to bother me for whatever reason. I should grow up and realize I can just scroll down and ignore those questions.

    Not only is there a search function on here what happened to reading a book or magazine? I know everyone knows about Google!

    I agree with BB.

    Ask away ,it is always good to refresh discussions on any topic.

    Besides for me the search function does not work on this forum. Every topic I search comes back with the answer "The following words are either very common, too long, or too short and were not included in your search: (whatever I typed in to search)"
