    Default what is considered the trappers bible for pics of sets?

    i would like to find a comprehensive trapping book with pics and diagrams of sets for every animal, is this possible?

    I'll check out trapperman also...

    Join the Ak. Trappers Assoc. They can hook you up with good material.

    I used to have a great one put out by Hawbakers I think (blue book with animals encircling the cover). Anything by them would be excellent. I wouldn't recommend Buckshot's guide. Get a subscription to Fur-Fish-Game, that's a good one to get.

    I found Trapping North American Furbearers here at the Fairbanks Sportsmans Warehouse. It was $15 and so far has been very good reading with good drawings of the sets.

    The ATA has two great books one on trapping in Alaska and one on Alaska skills. Another good one is Dean Wilson's book on trapping in Alaska, can't remember the books name though.

    The Alaskan Trapper's Handbook by Dean Wilson.

    Good book !
