    Default European Sheep

Here's a picture of my sheep mount from this year. Haven't seen many Euro sheep mounts but I kind of like it.

    Thumbs up Not bad....

...For a ewe! Heh heh! Nice mount! At least you don't have to wait a year to get yours back, like I do.

Very nice mount. Just curious who was the taxi and what did it cost you?

Far North Taxidermy in Kenai. $250 and got it back in 1 month.

Blackfoot, just curious...did you sell the hide to pay for the mount?, Those hides are a hot commodity around here these days, still looks nice, I like the pedestal too..ck

I didn't get the cape out. In retrospect, I could have and should have. I was more concerned at the time of getting the meat without the sheep taking a tumble over a cliff, and getting a primative camp set up for the night to stay on the mountain. It was a nice long haired September cape also, but was pretty beat up because of the fall.

    Default Nice mount and sheep

The mount is very nice. I would have a sheep mounted that way if a cape was not available. Thanks for sharing.

European ship are nice but I like North American sheep better, they don't have an accent when they bleet.
