wetlands, i used caribou unlmited when i lived in sterling. Rick, over there makes them taxidermists who did my 16 other ducks, like amatures. although they still are nice but you should get what you pay for and at 250.00 YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPOINTED. his work is top of the line far as i'm concerned. i about fell over when i saw my pin for the first time. it's all in the details and every feather is perfect and his eye work is the same.

not sure if he's in the shop these days. he works seasonal and is a guide on the kenai during summer but he's there all winter unless he's out of state hunting. his hm number is 260-3649 he's a buddy of mine and i could show you my drake golden eye and flying pintail he did. i love my pintail and that drake goldeneye. your getting the real deal if you don't mind the drive. they could ship it back too you i suppose. if you include your email, i could email you pics if you wanted.

I use Corey. He is a friend, but I think he does a great job. I have had a few harlequin and my black duck done by him. I think he even drives down to Anchorage area to pick up birds sometimes?

Default Corey does a superb job

Corey truly does good work and does it because he absolutely loves making these mounts. I have seen quite a few of his mounts.

    Thumbs up

I agree with Grizzeyes, give Rick at Caribou Unlimited a try. I think he is in a class by himself.

    Hey, everybody.
    Thanks for the info.

    Hey, Foul Smelling Hunter
If I remember right someone was blaming there bad shooting on dirty ammo from last year.
I make sure my shot is sterilized.
