    Default Winter Blues

    are starting to set in.............

The boat is winterized, it is raining (would someone please shut it off already) and the poles are stored for the winter.

So let's start planing for next year!!!

I have discovered that I can pick up a project boat in the L48 for about 1/4 what they are here. I am talking about a 24-34 footer, twin screws.

West Marine will be making money off of me!

    What are your plans?

I'm planning to get out a few more times before hanging it up for the year, need some venison for the freezer. But with the way the weather is looking, I'm not overly confident I'll make those trips.

I have a few items I need to finish for my boat, and I'm also working a few other small boats. That should keep me more than busy enough.

Default I'll be out this winter...

Gonna take a stab at winter boating out of PWS, Going out this weekend (weather permitting) to find a bear for a friend, then a few trips in November and Dec. Hell if weather cooperates I might be boating all year.

Anyone planning to boat this winter, let me know.

AKB, if you get another boat pm me and i'll turn you on to some better sources than WM.
