    Default A smart man

A smart OLD man would be sleeping right now.

OneLung and I are going to go hunting tomorrow, and he is in his prime. Somewhere between 14 and 23 I think.

Southeast mountains eat away at a person's drive and conviction. They are steep, wet, and, in most cases inconsiderate of my footing.

I'm getting too old for this!

    lol

    Talking Soggy,

I want to know who made the accusations we were smart? But, but I thought wisdom came with age?

Well, you could be a paraplegic or an individual with severe asthma who can't do what you can still do. You still have two legs and you could still breathe, so... go and hunt!!!
Take lots of pictures. Bring them back, post them, and enjoy your time because pretty soon it will be too cold and too snowy/icy to enjoy it!

There is no better time than the present time to experience LIFE.

We will 'see' you when you get back. Come back safe.

    Default It was like this:

BEAUTIFUL day out, good company on the way up, not much deer sign, bushes were really wet.

On the way down, the 14 year old took off in a dead run while I hung on to every scrub and berry bush and devil's club I could get my hands around.

At one point, I saw him skipping along, tossing buttercups, and singing a song about girl named Heidi.

You certainly have a way of saying things soggy

So, tell us...should we be considering this Heidi girl lucky? If I were her, I think I would want some meat upon his return

    Glad you made it out!

OneLung is actually great company. I doubt he could pick me up if I were injured cause I have a few years of "growth" on him. But, he does have a cell phone and would probably call me a helicopter if the need ever arose.

I actually did marvel at how quickly he travels down hill. Granted, I could go that fast too, but I'll guarantee I wouldn't be on my feet!

Well, multiple pictures of Soggy rolling down a hill is worth it! Isn't it? Kind of like a slide show or... comic strip.

It is for that very reason that all packs are searched and cameras confiscated prior to ascent.

"Slide show" would be an accurate description of my day.

    Talking Unlike you...

"At one point, I saw him skipping along, tossing buttercups, and singing a song about girl named Heidi."

So that was you singing "Tip Toe through the Tulips" & pluckin' a Ukulele, I heard in the other valley...
