Arrow Wiki: Topics for the Shooting Article

I would be interested to hear your ideas for what topics we should cover in the Alaska Outdoors Wiki article on Alaska shooting.

The idea of the wiki is to provide a encyclopedia of information for Alaska outdoors people -- shooters in this case. This will be particularly helpful to new Alaskans, and people getting started.

I have an outline and some initial text (see below or click the link above) What other topics do you think would be helpful?

Feel free to add ideas to the wiki article yourself (just click the "edit" tab) or post your thoughts here.

    Thanks.....David

    Introduction

Among the 50 states, Alaska is near the top of the gun ownership list with more than half the citizens owning firearms. Wyoming, Alaska and Montana are at the top. Alaskans use firearms for target shooting, competitions, personal protection and protection from dangerous wildlife like bears.

    Thanks, Jim.

I added some information about Birchwood. Please advise if it is not accurate; I haven't been there in more than 10 years. Anyone know hours on that range?
