    Default polar bear/grizzly mix

Did you see the bear that a hunter took in Nunavut. It was a cross between a polar bear and a grizzly. They say it is the first reported cross that happened in the wild. What's the chances there is one of these guys wandering around the North Slope? I saw this on Yahoo News. Eric

Wow...hard to believe, but they claim to have genetic tests showing proof.

    Default genetics

I have been told that Grizzlys in the southeast islands share some genes with Polar Bears as well. I will see if I can locate the article about it.

They said they seized the bear. I sure hope he got it back for the price of one of those hunts.
