    Default Grayling size??

Just wondering, What's considered "trophy size" grayling in Alaska? and what's actually large for up here?

    Thanks,

    Jon

The ADF&G catch and release trophy size is 18 inches.

Every grayling i catch is a trophy to me .

    Default Trophy grayling....

....look like this! Where we fish for them these are very common size. 18" is a trophy according to ADFG. Maybe for the road system but.....

You get one 20' over you got a hog..... Allot of people who fish for them shoot for the magic number 20 inches. Like everyone said fish and game has it at 18'

    Default 20 Plus

Yep they are all special however over 20 would be a better standard than 18.

Personnally over 22 inches is a target when our little grayling junkie group targets them becuase it is a more difficult standard to achieve.

    Great question.

    Default Trophy Size

I will agree with the over 22 inch for a trophy standard in our group. 24" is the largest, yet.
