Wiki: Waterfowl meat care information
Forum members have already collaborated on the development of meat care article in the Alaska Outdoors Wiki, but the details are for big game care. We don't yet have anything on small game or waterfowl.
Would some of you guys be willing to write a paragraph or two about your knowledge of converting harvested ducks and geese to good quality meat for the table?
It's easy to edit these wiki pages: just click on the edit tab at the top of the article and add content or improve existing material.
The point of the wiki is to provide a constantly updated and improving encyclopedia of Alaska outdoors information for waterfowl hunters (in this case) coming behind you and me. Will you help develop that?
