    Cool Polaris 6X6

I have a riding partener that has purchased a Polaris 6X6 with tracks and a bunch of goodies. Here is the question:
It has 12" tires on the front with the tracks in 10" tires on the rear. when he takes the tracks off does he need to change the front tires to 10" ones or can leave the two different sizes on?
Being that it is not driven like a car, I think that he could leave to 12" on the front and not have too many issues. However common sense tell me that he should have an 'extra' set of 10" tires for when he is not running the tracks.
What is the correct way to run this machine?
    Thanks

    Default 6x6 Tire Size

According to Polarises web site the specified tire size for the Sporsman 6x6 are 25x8-12 on the front and 25x11-10 rears. Thats without tracks.
When I take the tracks off of mine I run the tires that are on it.
    Hope this helps.

    Default

It is fine, the 10" and 12" measurements are for the rim. The 25" is the tire diameter which needs to be the same on all 6.
