    Question Daughters caribou hunt

So my eldest daughter will be 11 next March and she has expressed to me (to my utter delight!) that she would like to shoot a caribou. I am thinking that I would like to take her on a simple fly in hunt to some easy walking country. What areas would you guys recommend taking a youngster into for a first caribou trip?

We don't expect to kill one to make the books, I just need to find a good area to see animals and hopefully make a few stalks.

The porcupine is a peacful animal yet God still thought it necessary to give him quills....

Hey Mud, the hunt we just got back from would be a great area to take the kids. 2 mile wide river bed. Easy walking and packing. It is out of Happy Valley. Give Ralph a call at Deltana Outfitters.
