    Which type of shrimp pot prduces better, round or square?

    One thing's for sure, potbuilders pot's catch shrimp. His collapsible setup's work great!

    Thats a easy one BK! Mine To tell you the truth i've never tried the round ones but i've fished both 1/2 round and square lobster pots and the square ones did fish better. Its the tunnels that catch'em, if you had good tunnels in a milk crate it would catch shrimp. One more thing the best pot in the world won't catch'em if they ain't there just like real estate its location location location but the better pot will catch & hold more for the same amount of soak time.
