    Default Moose snaring

So I thought that the State wanted to kill more wolves so hunters could kill more moose? I didn't realize that they wanted more moose so trappers could kill more wolves. What a vicious circle..........

    I'm being facetious of course.

That POS is getting off very lightly. Disgusting acts and punishment. Deserves a high velocity round. Imho

Even if only one count, turns out to be true, this thief should never be allowed to hunt, trap or fish in Alaska for life!!!!! This is in complete disregard for not only the regulations but the suffering the moose went through!!!!!

Interestingly enough, I saw today that the F&G was asking Kenai residents to look for a young bull that is wandering around the area with a snare on it's nose. The pic I saw shows that the snare is about halfway up his snout, but they say he is still able to eat. Sounds like they want to catch it to remove the snare.
Sheep hunting...... the pain goes away, but the stupidity remains...!!!

What a joke! Just a slap on the wrist and what stops him from doing it again. Punish him and make an example out of him.

They missed taking moose by illegal method. Each moose should be a separate count and all punishments should be the max and run consecutively. And as noted above, lose his hunting, fishing and trapping licenses for life.

This young punk needs to be snared by his scrotum with piano wire and run out of Alaska on a rail...minus his bag!
