You got off cheap! I was in $210 just in applications for me in addition to next year's license, and I didn't apply for musk ox or elk. Hundreds more for the wife and kids. All part of the fun!

I’ll be at $30 each species, $60 for bison. Heck it’s $250 for a Montana antelope, look at all those chances, smoking deal!

I haven't put my wife and daughter in yet, will put them in for caribou and moose. Looking at $120 plus hunting license for my daughter. So I will be $265 into it after it's all said and done..

An even $900 for me, two sons and GF. Best money I spend each year.

I'm in for $270 and my wife and I have the 'old person' license which costs nothing. We probably won't draw a permit again this year but you can't win if you don't try.
Someday someone may kill you with your own gun, but they should have to beat you to death with it because it is empty.

Lol, i am always looking for another deduction. Like I said earlier, the great state of Alaska gives me a pfd, in return I donate back with a chance of once in a lifetime tags. Free money in exhange for potential hunts? What's not to love?

even though I wrote annual donation, points been made by others here and other posts. My wife and daughter over the yrs been recipients of great tags. I have received great tags as well. A resident sheep tag in Oregon is $142.00 so we as residents are getting a great deal.

Made my donation today too. I don't plan on drawing anything so I also plan for a possible Haul Road trip, PWS deer hunting and Wyoming or Oregon archery elk hunts. Backup to the backup plan every year is the 80 acre deer hunting property I own in NY. Just put 50 pounds of venison in the freezer yesterday from this years trip to NY.

Hillary moved to NY and I moved out.

After only dropping $60, I "almost" feel like I should be subsidizing some of you big spenders.
