    Default Trapping with my grandson

With the weather conditions in SW Alaska far from stellar & keeping me off my longer lines I have been spending some quality time with my grandson. we currently have 4 otter sets and 4 marten sets out yesterday we checked the otter sets and had a pair of otters about 200 yrds apart. Today it was off to the marten country where we found one marten waiting for us. He was proud to say the least and we celebrated with Ice cream cones on the way home gotta keep it fun or they wont want to go after awhile and in this grandpas life that means ice cream or slushies on the way home Click image for larger version.

Passing down skills to another generation is awesome. Great Job!

Hillary moved to NY and I moved out.
