    Default Cranes and Geese

Will they hang together in a field?

They do but the stay kinda spread apart foem what I have seen but I am sure they intermingle. We normally set our crane decoys out and then put a group of geese off to the side.

How far off to the side, and has it worked....I mean, for the cranes coming in?

We put them 15 yards past th crane decoys off to the side. basically as far away as your longest shot you would take. Guess they are normally 40 yards or so away from our blind. We have shot cranes and geese out of the same field running both decoys. If your seeing geese and cranes in the area use both decoys. If your just seeing cranes I would probably just use crane decoys.
