    Default Story in todays ADN

AND had a story today about a guide/transporter that lost his pilots license over a DUI conviction. Any one have any incite or details on who this was and how it will affect his hunting and fishing clients?

I heard about it, Walt, but didn't read the article. Mike (Martentrapper) could probably confirm, but I think he is still gonna be allowed to fly under part 91 rules, some loophole in the FAA regs, but not sure. Some guys were talking about it on the radio last night.

He can't fly, Walt, according to the article, but his business can still fly clients under part 91 rules. They can fly hunters this fall, but he can't be involved in any aircraft maintenance work or piloting of aircraft.
