Default Tourniquet for a save yourself solo hiker/hunter, suggestions requested.

Looking for suggestions for a rapid deploy tourniquet, to be (self applied) used by a solo hiker/hunter for wilderness injury. Ease of application could be helpful if injury is to the users strong-primary hand-arm.

Thanks........I was going to order two of those from "Blue Force" today, but now leaning toward the C.A.T. https://www.blueforcegear.com/cat-to...eid=62247f89ca

    I'm a flight medic.
We use and I recommend the CAT.

I'm not familiar with the SOFTT-W so I can't comment. It looks very similar.

I know the military uses the CAT. The ex-Army Medics that work for my company recommended them also the current Army Medics that I know recommend them. (Unfortunately they have been extensively field tested.)
