    Question EO Cap???

Does anyone know if there is a limit for the number of hours they are allowed for EO's in the kenai/kasilof section? Do you know where they sit now as far as extra hours they've fished?

    Thanks

51 hours. Last week, before Friday, 3 hours had been used.

    Default Is that posted somewhere?

Is that a seasonal limit, or weekly limit? Where can we go to see where they commercial guys are sitting with their extra windows?

    Thanks

Here's the link to the main page for Cook Inlet CF information:
    http://www.cf.adfg.state.ak.us/region2/ucihome.php

To keep track of eo hours you have to look at the Announcements & Updates link: http://csfish.adfg.state.ak.us/newsr...t.php?dist=SOL

To find out how many eo hours they get each week look at the link to the Kenai River Late Run Sockeye Salmon Management Plan:
    http://www.cf.adfg.state.ak.us/regio...ockeye07mp.pdf
This year the forecast is for a run between 2 and 4 million sockeye salmon so the department manages for an inriver goal range of 750,000950,000 sockeye salmon and may allow an additional 51 hours of set gillnet fishing time per week as well as the two, 12-hour regular periods. Sunday is the beginning of a new week.
