    Would the WOT change with the amount of weight in your boat? Reason I have noticed sometime I can get to 59RPM and other it's 57RPM.. Though in the shop with no one in the boat the RPM is at 61.

    Yes, larger loads and the RPM's drop. Also the surface of the water plays a part in rpm's, calm and glassy water the rpm's go down also.
    The emphasis is on accuracy, not power!

    With a prop yes the RPM will change but with a Jet it should always be the same.
