Bear hunting done in South-Central Alaska......??? Nice Coats

Interesting that come late March, and hunters are driving the roads and glassing the hillsides. Funny that the hunters enter hibernation six weeks before the bears.

I can explain it to you.............but, I can't understand it for you.

Your CAT + Your TOASTER = Your PROBLEM.

Have you googled your cat situation? Cause the bear available and no hunters hunting part I totally get.

Pretty sure googling your cat is a hanging crime.

If you want the cat to come out of the toaster, simply "paint" around its rectum with nail polish remover - that will unstick any cat from anything.

I've been out looking - and while I glasssed some three weeks ago, haven't had luck since snow fell (Anchorage/points south).

Now, if someone wants to PM and give some advice, this hardy adventurer is still interested in chasing them if they can be found.

Found some fresh tracks in the snow up in the high country of the caribou hills last weekend. It was walking the trail, hanging out near a group of moose judging by the fact that we stopped to check out a sketchy/jumpy bull we had seen when we noticed the tracks to begin with
